4 cups water
2 yellow squash
1 green squash
1 white onion
2 carrots
1 cup broccoli
1 cup black beans
1 red bell pepper
Fresh chives, oregano and basil to taste
-I steamed the squash
-I chopped everything
-I boiled the water
-I threw everything in the water and let it simmer on low heat for an hour
-I scarfed it down and congratulated myself on creating a soup-er good meal
Oh my gosh....your soup looks sooooo good. I think I have all the ingredients to make it too.
